What are the conditions of return?

Returns of online orders will only be processed as a refund to the original method of payment. We do not offer exchanges

| Delivery charges

Returns are free (a label is created for the customer when the return request is made) for customers who ordered from one of the following countries: Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium. If the customer ordered from another country, the return costs are their responsibility. The amount of the return costs will be announced to the customer when the return is created. This amount will then be deducted from the amount of the returned item(s).

| Time limit

You have 30 days from delivery of your order to return your purchases to us for a refund. If we do not receive your return within 30 days (except in cases of force majeure), the return will be cancelled and the sale will be considered firm and final.

| How do I make an exchange?

We do not make exchanges. For a new size, another model or another colour, please place your order on our website.
