| Find my return label in my customer account

• 1. Click on ‘My account’ then ‘Log in’ at the top right of the home page and log in.
• 2. In the ‘My orders’ section, select the order(s) concerned.
• 3. The return shipping label is available for printing in the return instructions.

| Find my return label by email

The return label is sent by email once the return request has been made. You can find the return label at any time in the email sent when you created your return.

Please note that only one prepaid label can be issued per order. For orders containing multiple items, we invite you to return the items to be refunded in a single package.
