How do I return one or more items?

Would you like to make a return? It's simple and free for mainland France, Germany and Belgium. Find out everything you need to know about making a return.



| 3 steps to making a return


  • 1. Go to the website: :

Click on "My Account" then "Log In" at the top right of the home page and log into your account by entering your e-mail address and password.

Click on "My Account" then "My Orders" and choose the order(s) concerned.


Tick the items you wish to return and confirm your return request.

Print out the prepaid returns label which will be downloaded automatically once your returns request has been validated. The return label will also be sent by email.


  • **2. Prepare the parcel and return the item:

Put the item back in its original packaging in perfect condition, along with its labels, then put it in a parcel.

Stick the return shipping label on your parcel, attach the delivery note you received with your order and tick the products you wish to return.

The method of return depends on how your order was delivered:


UPS Access Point or UPS at home: drop off your package at a UPS Access Point. Find the list of UPS Access Points at https://retourups.armorlux.com

Mondial Relay: drop off your parcel at a Mondial Relay network retailer. For a list of Mondial Relay relay points, visit https://retourmondialrelay.armorlux.com.

DPD: drop off your parcel at a post office or retailer in the DPD network. You can find the list of DPD Pick Up relays at https://retourdpd.armorlux.com.


For countries where we provide a return label (mainland France, Germany, Belgium), shipping costs are covered by Armor Lux, so you don't have to pay anything: it's simple and free. Remember to keep the receipt stamped by the post office or signed by the retailer.

If you order from another country, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. When you request a return, the amount of the return shipping costs will be indicated. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt and validation of your return. The return shipping costs will then be deducted from the refund amount.



  • 3. You receive your refund :

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is picked up by the carrier and when your return is received.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 working days upon reception and validation of your return.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


| How do I prepare my parcel for return?


Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the delivery note received with the order.



| You placed your order as a guest


Did you place your order as a guest and want to return an item? Simply create a customer account on our online store. To do so, just use the same email address you provided when placing your order. You will then be able to find your order in your customer account and submit your return request.
