How do I receive my refund?
The method of refund depends on the method of payment used when the order was placed. The initial method of payment is also the one used to make the refund.
If you paid for your order by credit or debit card, we will refund you to your bank account. Please note that if the payment was made with a deferred debit card, the refund will be made under the same conditions.
If you paid for your order using PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account. Please note that if the payment was made with a deferred debit card, the refund will be made under the same conditions.
If you paid for your order with Alma, we will refund your items through Alma, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale relating to returns.
If you return the full order, you will get a full refund including the shipping price.
If you return part of your order, your payment schedule will be updated and you will be notified by email by Alma.
If you have not yet received a return confirmation e-mail, please check the tracking page of your parcel on the carrier's website with the tracking number indicated on your proof of delivery.
If you have already received a return confirmation e-mail, the refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of your return.
