How can I check that my return has arrived?

You can check the status of your return at any time from your customer account on our website. You will also receive an email when your return has been processed and refunded.



| You have not yet received an e-mail confirming your return?


We advise you to check the tracking page of your parcel on the carrier's website with the tracking number indicated on your proof of delivery.

You can also find the tracking number for your return parcel directly on your return label.



| Is your return still listed as ‘awaiting receipt’ in your customer account?


Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt of your return.
