Track my points balance

You can track your accumulated points on your till receipt, with our in-store teams or directly on your personal online loyalty account.

To track your points accumulation online, you must have an online customer account merged with your in-store account. To create a new account on our website (via the ‘My account’ > ‘Register’ section), you will need to enter the same details as those registered in-store. The new account will then be automatically merged with the original customer account.

| How are my points counted?



Each euro spent earns one point, except when using gift cards, loyalty vouchers, credit notes and during the Braderie. In the event of items being refunded (including gift cards), the points earned for these products will be deducted from the Customer's loyalty account. The accumulation of points allows the Customer to benefit, within the limit of their validity, from discounts valid on the next purchase (from the following day), in the shop and on www.armorlux.com.

| How long are my points valid for?



Your points are valid for 18 months from the purchase that earned them.
