Pay by instalments with Alma
The Alma service provider allows you to pay for your order securely and free of charge in several instalments. We share with you important information about this payment method.
Alma systematically carries out a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application, confirming that you have initiated the transaction and that it is not fraudulent.
Payment in instalments is available for baskets from €80 to €2000.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards issued in France are accepted.
Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.
On the payment page, select the "2X, 3X, 4X with Alma" option. You will then be redirected to a payment page on which you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. There you'll find a summary of your upcoming payment dates. You will then receive a summary email with your payment schedule, followed by a reminder email 3 days before each due date.
At present, payment by instalments with Alma is only available on our website.
In the same way as for other orders, if you wish to return all or part of your purchases to us, we will proceed with the reimbursement of your items via Alma, in compliance with our General Sales Conditions relating to returns.
If you return your order in full, it will be refunded in full.
