Points may not appear instantly in your online loyalty account. Here are some tips to help you better understand your loyalty points balance

1. Refresh your page.
2. Wait 24 hours for your points balance to be updated.
3. If your points have not been credited to your account within 24 hours, please contact our customer service department.
