# I have forgotten my password

**If you forget your password, you can change it securely using our reset option with e-mail validation.**

* 1. At the top right of the home page: click on "My account" then "Log in" and click on the link "Forgot password?
* 2. Enter your e-mail address in the field provided, then confirm
* 3. You will receive an e-mail at your e-mail address with your new password.
