How do I use my loyalty discounts?

You can use your loyalty discounts in shop and on the online shop, only if you have created your account.

| Convert your points into a loyalty discount



In-store : once you've reached a certain level, you have the choice of using your discount or continuing to accumulate points to reach a higher level and try to get a better discount. The balance of points accumulated is displayed on the receipt.

Online : before paying for a new order, tick the voucher you wish to use if you have earned enough points to qualify for a discount. The amount in your basket will then be deducted from the corresponding discount.


| What are the conditions for using my discounts?



You can only use one discount at a time and per order. In the case of an order with a loyalty discount, the amount of the loyalty discount is divided between the items and not on the total amount. Therefore, if you return part of your order, you will be refunded the amount paid for each item, after applying the discount proportionally.

Discounts are valid on products from the group's brands (Armor-Lux, Bermudes, Bérac, Le Villec, Karting, Fileuse d'Arvor and Terre & Mer), excluding sale and clearance periods and gift card purchases. They will be triggered at the express request of the customer and cannot be exchanged or split and are neither compensable nor refundable in cash.

Loyalty discounts can be used in-store and online.


| How do I use my anniversary discount?



Your anniversary voucher is valid in shop and online. This discount is valid once a year, for a minimum amount of €100, and can be used in conjunction with sales and special offers. You must provide your full date of birth to benefit from the birthday discount.

In-store : in the month of your birthday, go to the checkout and identify yourself to the staff to benefit from your discount.

Online: log on to the website and enter the personal code you received by email in your shopping basket if you have subscribed to our newsletter.

If you did not provide your date of birth when you visited the shop, you can contact Customer Services via our contact form so that they can complete your customer file.
