How do I track my parcel?
You can easily track the delivery of your order by logging into your customer account on our website. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive an automatic email with your tracking number.
| Track my parcel in three steps
- 1. At the top right of the home page, click on ‘My account’ then ‘Log in’ and identify yourself by entering your email address and password.
- 2. At the top right of the home page, click on ‘My account’ then click on ‘My orders’.
- 3. Select the order you want by clicking on ‘Details’. Once you are on the order page, click on ‘Order Tracking’ at the top right. You will be able to track the delivery to your home or to the pick-up point you have selected.
