How do I place an order?

To place an order on our website, you will need to create a customer account. Once the order has been registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address indicated in the customer account

| Placing an order step by step



1. In the top right corner of the home page, click on "My Account" then "Log in" and identify yourself by entering your e-mail address and password.
If this is your first order on our website, you will need to create a customer account. We invite you to consult the "Customer account" section to find out more about creating and using your account.

2. Choose your items, select the size and colour then add them to your "Cart".
If you wish to pick up your order in shop, select the "Select Pickup in-store" option.

3. Once you have completed your selection of items, return to your "Shopping Cart" to finalise your order by clicking on the corresponding icon in the top right corner.

4. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the field provided, then accept the terms and conditions of sale before "Checkout".

5. Choose your delivery method.
Please refer to the "Delivery" section to find out more about the delivery methods available.

6. Select your payment method.
Please refer to the "Payment methods" section to find out more about the payment methods available.

7. Check your order details and confirm.
Please note that no changes can be made to your order once it has been confirmed.

8. Within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

9. You can follow the preparation of your order and the dispatch of your parcel from "My account".

| How do I remove an item from my cart?



Click on the "My cart" icon.
Then click on the "Delete" button to the right of each item.
