# How do I create a customer account?

**You can create a customer account for free in our stores and on the eshop. A customer account is required to place an order on our website. Each customer can only have one online customer account.**

# | Create an online customer account in three steps

* 1. At the top right of the home page: click on "My Account", then "Create my account".
* 2. Fill in the form and confirm your registration.
* 3. Check that your account has been confirmed by e-mail.


# | Creating a customer account in a shop

To create an account in one of our shops, all you have to do is tell our teams what you want and give them your contact details. They will be happy to register you.
