Has my order been processed successfully?
Souhaitez-vous vous assurer que votre commande a bien été enregistrée ? Pour chaque commande enregistrée, un e-mail de confirmation est envoyé. Cet e-mail arrive quelques minutes après validation du paiement à l'adresse indiquée lors du passage de la commande. Remember to check your spam
If you can't find the confirmation e-mail, you can also check your order history:
In the top right corner of the home page, click on "My account" then "Log in" and identify yourself by entering your e-mail address and password.
Once you have logged in, click again on "My account" and then "My orders". You will be able to check whether your order appears and view the details of your order.
If you would like to receive an invoice, please log in to your customer area and select "My orders".
