Can my in-store account be merged with an online customer account?
You can easily merge your in-store account with your online customer account. To do this, you will need to enter an identical e-mail address.
If you wish to consult your points online and use your discounts on the site, you must create a customer account on the site, via the ‘My account’ section and then ‘Register’. You must use the same e-mail address as the one you gave when you registered in shop. If you did not provide an e-mail address in shop, you must contact Customer Services so that they can register your e-mail address on the account created in shop before creating your customer account on the site.
All you have to do is enter the details you gave in your online customer account when you checked out.
