Your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days for Europe, and 4 to 9 days for other countries.

| What are the conditions for delivery outside the European Union?

For countries outside of the EU, additional delays and taxes may apply at customs. Customs clearance and the payment of various duties and taxes are your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you check any applicable taxes before placing your order.

How do I return one or more items?

| 3 steps to making a return

1. Go to the website: : Click on "My Account" then "Log In" at the top right of the home page and log into your account by entering your e-mail address and password. Click on "My Account" then "My Orders" and choose the order(s) concerned.

Tick the items you wish to return and confirm your return request. Print out the prepaid returns label which will be downloaded automatically once your returns request has been validated. The return label will also be sent by email.

**2. Prepare the parcel and return the item: Put the item back in its original packaging in perfect condition, along with its labels, then put it in a parcel. Stick the return shipping label on your parcel, attach the delivery note you received with your order and tick the products you wish to return. The method of return depends on how your order was delivered:

UPS Access Point or UPS at home: drop off your package at a UPS Access Point. How can I check that my return has arrived?

You can check the status of your return at any time from your customer account on our website. You will also receive an email when your return has been processed and refunded.

We advise you to check the tracking page of your parcel on the carrier's website with the tracking number indicated on your proof of delivery. You can also find the tracking number for your return parcel directly on your return label.

| Is your return still listed as ‘awaiting receipt’ in your customer account?

Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt of your return.

How do I change or cancel an order?

It is not possible to modify or cancel a validated order. The order is validated as soon as the payment has been successfully registered

| Why can't I change my order?

At Armor-Lux, we make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. As soon as it is confirmed, each order is prepared in our logistics department. Once the order has been paid for and entered into our systems, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

However, don't worry, you can always return the order for a full refund on the original method of payment. You have 30 days to return the order, free of charge if the order was delivered to one of the following countries: Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg. You may, of course, place a new, corrected order.

What are the delivery methods, rates and times for France?

For deliveries in France, we offer three different delivery methods: at a relay point, at home or in an Armor-lux shop of your choice.

| Relay point delivery

When choosing your delivery method, you can choose a delivery point partnered with the carrier Mondial Relay or Chronopost:

Mondial Relay delivery Delivery charged at €4.90 for all orders under €100. Your order will be delivered to the selected collection point within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch.
Chronopost delivery Delivery charged at €4.90 for all orders under €100. Your order will be delivered to the selected collection point within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch.

| Home delivery

Home deliveries are made by carrier DPD. This delivery method costs €5.90 for all orders under €100. Your order is delivered within 2 to 4 working days following dispatch, to the address you provided when you placed your order.

| Click&Collect" in-store collection

This is a free delivery method, regardless of the value of your order. Your order can be collected from the Armor-lux shop you have selected. It may be collected within a few hours or a few days depending on the availability of the product(s). We recommend that you do not visit the shop until you have received confirmation of the availability of your order by e-mail.

How do I place an order?

To place an order on our website, you will need to create a customer account. Once the order has been registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address indicated in the customer account

| Placing an order step by step

1. In the top right corner of the home page, click on "My Account" then "Log in" and identify yourself by entering your e-mail address and password. If this is your first order on our website, you will need to create a customer account. We invite you to consult the "Customer account" section to find out more about creating and using your account.
2. Choose your items, select the size and colour then add them to your "Cart". If you wish to pick up your order in shop, select the "Select Pickup in-store" option.
3. Once you have completed your selection of items, return to your "Shopping Cart" to finalise your order by clicking on the corresponding icon in the top right corner.
4. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the field provided, then accept the terms and conditions of sale before "Checkout".
5. Choose your delivery method. Please refer to the "Delivery" section to find out more about the delivery methods available.
6. Select your payment method. Please refer to the "Payment methods" section to find out more about the payment methods available.
